Assessment
The Needs Assessment process uses analytical tools to determine the need for a facility and measures the success of potential options against specific performance criteria. These criteria can include operational, market, facility, or financial performance. Facility Programming and Consulting provides expertise that helps clients make smart choices between options such as renovation versus new construction. Facility Programming and
Consulting has conducted, and in many cases led, over 100 needs
assessments for all four branches of the United States military.
Although our primary responsibility has been architectural programming
and facility analysis, one of our staff members has led over 60
needs assessments as the expert in operational, market, and financial
