The Frost Tower
New Frost Bank Tower
Facility Programming and Consulting was engaged by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Frost Bank to prepare design parameters for the New Frost Bank Tower. Constructed in 2018, the building now serves as the new corporate headquarters facility for Frost Bank in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The building was programmed and designed to provide both the recognizable Frost Bank brand and customer experience, as well as become an integral part of the urban fabric. This project is the first new downtown office tower added to the San Antonio skyline since 1989.
The project encompasses a single, multi-story, multi-tenant, Class A office tower of approximately 400,000 rentable square feet, of which 150,000 rentable square feet will be available for lease to other tenants. An associated parking structure to accommodate approximately 1,200 cars was also included in the project scope. The proposed site is currently occupied by a surface parking lot and Frost’s Downtown Motor Bank, and is located in the heart of downtown San Antonio, just west of the current Frost Bank Headquarters.
